Brioche soaked in spiced custard, griddled, finished with rum-maple syrup and caramelized bananas.
Gunn’s Apple-Ginger Hand Pies
(Inspired by Ben Gunn—Marooned, Mad, and Memorably Hungry)
Flaky pastry filled with spiced apples and fresh ginger, baked golden.
The Hispaniola Hash
(Inspired by Squire Trelawney & Dr. Livesey—Civilized Gentlemen Abroad)
Corned beef (or mushroom) hash, caramelized onions, poached eggs, silky hollandaise.
